MANNOL 8029 High Temperature Grease LC2 Ester
Fulfilled: DIN 51502, KP2P-30, NLGI 2, MB 265.1, MAN TL 284
Universal heat-resistant, wear-resistant grease based on highly refined mineral oils with a thickener based on heat-stable lithium complex soap, synthetic esters, and special antiwear, antioxidant, and corrosion protection additives. Developed for the long-term lubrication of ball and roller bearings exposed to high thermal and mechanical loads.
Characteristics:
- The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seizure and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Maintains its performance characteristics from -30 °C to +170 °C , which increases the service life of the bearings;
- Forms a durable lubricating film resistant to water, temperature fluctuations and contamination, extending change intervals and reducing maintenance costs;
- Protects bearings and other components from corrosion;
- Has good thermal and mechanical stability and is effectively resistant to oxidation;
- Meets a wide range of requirements and allows the use of a single grease in most friction units;
- Compatible with most standard lithium greases;
- The consistency of the fat remains the same during long-term storage.

Application: Application: For the lubrication of loaded plain and rolling bearings, wheel bearings, various joints, cardan joints, suspension units, and other units subject to shock loads and vibrations in vehicles, agricultural equipment, and off-road vehicles. In commercial vehicles, for assemblies operating under medium to high loads (axle bearings and drives, cardan shaft bearings, wheel hubs, tipper bodies, towing devices, drive shafts, steering knuckles, lifting gear, handbrake actuators, fifth wheel couplings). |
